Teignbridge District Council has extended the consultation period on its Local Plan, moving the closing date from 15th June to 13th July.

Teignbridge has published a draft “Development Framework Plan” for the massive Wolborough (NA3) development that is proposed for the area between the A381 Totnes road and the A380 South Devon Highway. This development will inevitably have repercussions for residents of Ogwell.

On Thursday 15th February over 500 local residents voted in the local referendum, equating to a turnout of 25%.
